This device is used in orthoptic (vision therapy) training and is useful in treating convergence insufficiency. This Tranaglyph card comes with red/green glasses and instructions and is designed to be used for at home therapy of your binocular vision problems. Please follow your optometrists directions.
Training Instructions
Step 1
1. Trainers wear red and green glasses (green on the left and red on the right). Those who have glasses need to wear corrective glasses first and then wear red and green glasses. Place the vector ilustration on an inclined stand, 40cm away from the eyes, in bright light, and then look at the pattern.
Step 2
2. The right eye can see the green part of the pattern is clearer through the red mirror, and the left eye can see the red part of the pattern through the green mirror is clearer, the two eyes look together, and the red and green images seen by the two eyes should be merged into one image.
Step 3
3. Adjust the focus of the line of sight (view with the feeling of the eye), after the image is fused into one pattern, keep the fusion state for more than 10 seconds, pay attention to observe the fused pattern, you will see that the pattern has a floating and three-dimensional sense. Look away for a few seconds, then come back to watch, merge again for more than 10 seconds, and repeat 10 times. After all can be quickly integrated, the training of the next difficulty graph can be carried.
