Q1: About Voice Activation Function:
You can see NOR-VOR directly above the Voice Recorder. Turn the voice control recording switch to the VOR position, then turn on the device to enter voice control recording
Please note :voice activation may miss subtle sounds, so it is not recommended to use it in important situations.
Q2 : cannot connect to computer:
Before connecting to the computer, please turn off the recorder and place it steadily to avoid unstable connections,
1. Replace with another USB port. 2. Replace with another USB data cable. 3. Replace with another computer.
Because some ports can only charge and cannot transfer files, or there may be incompatible computer drivers on the computer. Exclude the possibility of not being able to connect to the computer.
Q3 : When I first used the recorder, I found a recording file?
Please don’t worry, the recording button may be accidentally touched by staff during packaging or transportation. Our principle is to only sell brand new products.
Note: It is recommended to turn off the recorder before connecting to the computer or charging. Due to the lack of speakers, it is not possible to play directly from the outside. You can use your computer/headphones for playback (please make sure to insert the headphones directly after recording, press the play button in the middle of the headphones to immediately play the recording)
